Acure Skincare Review - Face Oils (Cruelty Free & Vegan)

Facial oils are an excellent addition to any skincare routine, whether it’s “beginner” or “advanced”, or whether you have 3 steps, or 10.

Acure Beauty - a cruelty-free and vegan skincare brand - has an array of facial oils that are small on budget, big on quality. I highly recommend you give them a try, and I’ve written up a review of my favourites down below!

RADICALLY REJUVENATING ROSE ARGAN OIL

Acure’s Radically Rejuvenating Rose Argan Oil (a blend of argan oil & rose oil, as well as geranium oil) is by far my favourite of the brand’s offerings.

On top of the pleasant smell, this transparent beauty oil gently hydrates sensitive skin with a pleasant and non-greasy formula. I adore using this on my décolletage at night as it doesn’t stain my pyjamas, and leaves the skin feeling very plump in the morning.

The downside of this product to me is that it’s a pump, and not a dropper. This is a very minimal annoyance, which comes down to personal preference.

All in all, this is a gorgeous product that comes at a minimal price tag. It’s a great addition to any skincare lover’s facial oil game.

ULTRA HYDRATING WATERMELON SEED OIL

Watermelon is as good for your face, as it is for your tastebuds!

Acure’s facial oil targeted at daytime usage is their Ultra Hydrating Watermelon Seed Oil.

This product absorbs quickly into the skin, and dries relatively matte, which makes applying SPF and makeup much easier than with other facial oils.

On top of a pleasant consistency which is in no way greasy or oily, the scent of this oil is fantastic. It’s fruity, sweet, and makes me think of summer.

Watermelon Seed Oil is not as well-known as some of other facial oils, but it’s a gorgeous inclusion into anyone’s beauty regime. It leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and smelling great. Highly recommended!

THE ESSENTIALS ARGAN OIL

Part of the Acure “The Essentials” line-up, is their Moroccan Argan Oil!

In addition to being a great face oil, I also enjoy using this product in my hair, and on my cuticles. For my hair in particular, I rub it on the ends once a week, after a shower. It really nourishes the strands, and keeps it healthy and thick. Plus, it smells lovely!

Argan Oil is known as a ‘superfood’, and its packed full with healthy fats, and vitamins. It’s a product I highly suggest trying out.

This is a cold-pressed, certified organic, and pure argan oil, available at an affordable price point. I can’t help but rave about this product, and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

SERIOUSLY SOOTHING BLUE TANSY NIGHT OIL

There’s no feeling blue when using this Blue Tansy Oil!

Acure’s Seriously Soothing Blue Tansy Oil is a great product for those with sensitive skin, who still want to indulge in the multitude of benefits a facial oil can provide for your skin.

It’s safe to use on acne-prone skin, and helps soothe and calm down any underlying redness.

This product feels ‘oilier’ than some of the other Acure face oils, but since Acure recommends using it at night (instead of using a night cream), you don’t need to worry about how SPF or makeup will blend overtop of it.

The scent of this product is something I want to highlight. The sweet floral scent is gorgeous, and honestly smells akin to any perfume. As well, it should be noted that there are no dyes, and the beautiful blue hue is a result of the potent blue tansy oil.

I love this product, and enjoy using it as a safe and non-cloying hydrator when my skin has a few more blemishes than usual.
