1. WEGO

Wherever there is a WEGO, I go!

The insanely cool brand has a number of stores in Tokyo, but the two locations in Harajuku are worth checking out.

The most recent trends are featured with fun twists. Look out for tailored pants in a multitude of fun prints and colours, lot’s of mesh, colours, and plaid. WEGO also has a great basics section at affordable prices.

If you are looking for a store that has a well-rounded arsenal of clothes, WEGO is a nice place to check out. You’ll definitely be leaving with pieces that’ll 👏make👏your👏style👏game👏pop👏.

2. 7Sevens

A concept store of vintage and new items where every price-tag ends in a 7 - that’s exactly what 7sevens along Takeshita-dori delivers to it’s customers.

The small-sized store sells affordable clothings and accessories that are infinitely cool and unique. The earrings and socks wall was one of my favourite things when I visited, and it’s hard to leave without purchasing something.

If streetwear and popstar-chic is your vibe, 7sevens is where you need to be. There are less basics sold here, but it’s good for those who enjoy standing out with their outfit choices.

3. Burlesque

Dance the night away in one of Burlesque’s whimsical and sophisticated pieces.

The store has been a staple in Harajuku for years, and it keeps its customers happy thanks to its unique designs with fun details - think poofy mesh sleeves, or a short pleated skirt with a lace overlay.

Those seeking kawaii x ladylike vibes need look no further than this wonderful store!

4. Pink Latte

Pink Latte can only be described as an explosion of colour, cuteness, and creativity. Rather than dainty and sweet, the store has bold pieces that are sure to make a statement.

Pink Latte is a bit more expensive than some of the other recommendations on this list, but the quality of the items do justify the price. If you’re searching for a stellar piece that’ll be a standout item in your wardrobe, Pink Latte is a safe (albeit colourful) bet!
