Best Cheap Boutiques in Paris
French fashion and boutiques go hand-in-hand; some of the most aesthetically pleasing and interesting pieces I have picked up have been from independent boutiques or small-sized chains in the French capital.
Below, I list my favourite affordable and cheap boutiques in Paris. Any of these stores will allow you to achieve that effortlessly cool vibe, guaranteed!
Dileme
There’s no dilemma when deciding if Dileme is worth checking out - it definitely is!
The French boutique - located just a short walk away from inspiring Place des Vosges - stocks up on affordable and fun pieces for every season. The pieces here are more trendy, rather than classic. For young fashionistas, or those who want to add a certain on-trend piece to their wardrobe without breaking the bank, this place is a no-brainer.
Dileme also often has fantastic sales. Case in point: the cheetah print top pictured below was only €5.00!
Small price, big style. Dileme is cool!
Location: 76 Rue Saint-Antoine (75004)
Belle Demoiselle
This tiny boutique was a pleasant find during my last trip to Paris.
As I was strolling along Rue St Antoine after going to Carette (in Place des Vosges), I saw a mannequin outside a shop wearing a beautiful dress. Lo and behold, I ended up leaving the store with said dress and a well-priced leather jacket about 20 minutes later.
This store sells high quality items at a very reasonable price. The saleslady told me that the clothe’s designer creates new designs based on client feedback. This explains the attention to detail and the emphasis on silhouette and darts in all her pieces! While there are many pieces for young dressers, lot of the dresses are also made to accommodate the lifestyle of more mature fashionistas.
Overall, a lovely shop worth the time to drop into.

64 Rue Saint-Antoine (75004)
Maurice
A tiny little boutique I found wandering near le centre Georges Pompidou, Maurice has a beautiful curation of a number of different brands within the store.
Every time I’ve walked in, I’ve walked out with something in hand. Each of the pieces I bought were unique, and receive tons of compliments. Think crushed velvet turtleneck with bell-shaped sleeves, fishnet tops, luscious silk dresses, and sheer patterned t-shirts.
Cool? Uh huh. Affordable? Definitely. Worth popping in? You betcha!
Location:
16 Rue Rambuteau (75003)
See U Soon
Both my mum and I love the prêt-à-porter brand See U Soon.
This store, which has a few locations across Paris, specializes in classic and unique clothing that’ll help any fashionista feel polished. Many of their pieces have notable detailing, such as lovely draping or ruffles.
One thing I’ve always liked about See U Soon was their clothes abundance of patterns and colours. I really love a brand that strives to make pieces that are vibrant and bold!
If you’re planning on getting some lovely additions to your wardrobe in Paris, this store will definitely See YOU Soon!
Location:
38 Rue de Rivoli (75004)
14 Rue du Pont Neuf (75001)
Espace VERO MODA
When I used to live in the store 5th arrondissement, there were numerous times I would have to stop myself from popping into Espace Vero Moda and spending more money on clothing.
The reason for my self-control is evident: This store sells items with classic silhouettes in bold colours, and high-quality materials. The teal cashmere turtleneck below is a good example of this, as is the red trench coat (a Parisian must).
If you want classic pieces that will supplement an existing wardrobe, check out this 5th arrondissement gem!
Location:
55 Boulevard Saint-Michel (75005)
La Boutique Jade
La Boutique Jade located in artsy Montmartre sells a multitude of stylish, chic, and figure flattering dresses at an affordable price range.
The boutique is one I came across by chance, but I am so happy I decided to walk in. The materials they use are higher quality and have more darts than your average “cheap boutique”, so that’s a bonus.
There are also accessories to flatter romantic dresses (think canvas bags, wispy scarves, and slinky belts) at a cheaper price point.
This is one boutique that only sells it’s wares in-store (not online), so it’s worth going in person if these types of dresses tickle your fancy.
Location:
2 Rue Yvonne le Tac (75018)
HÉroÏnes
Unless your inner hero at this bold and beautiful clothing store, with multiple locations across the Parisian capital.
Héroînes creates their own vibrant prints that they put onto well-thought out clothing. Smartly designed dresses and shirts flatter a multitude of shapes and sizes, and are created to highlight the body’s natural curves.
Although this brand is more pricey than other stores on this list, the extra extra, draping, and detailing make it worth the splurge.
Location:
6 Rue des Rosiers (75004)
MARIE SIXTINE
This is a cute and fresh clothing store with a couple of stores across Paris.
Marie Sixtine creates classic pieces with a twist - think feminine touches such as pastel or stripes. The pieces use soft-to-the-touch materials, and are perfect to bring along for travel.
Whenever I walk in, I always feel the pieces look like something I’d see on a young French Instagrammer’s feed. While the store is less edgy than my personal style, there are romantic clothing items that complement any wardrobe well. It’s not the most innovative or unique of clothing stores, but it’s a good place to stock up on pretty basics.
Location:
77 bis Rue Legendre (75017)
Bellerose
Rebelliously cool and fashion-forward is how I’d describe Bellerose, a trendy boutique in the 4th arrondissement.
This boutique sells shoes, accessories, clothings, and bags that any trendsetter needs to elevate their looks from good to great.
Rock-and-roll touches, as well as rare versions of classic pieces (case in point: Adidas sneakers seen below) make this a store worthy of checking out online or off.
Location:
6 Rue des Rosiers (75004)
Suncoo
Suncoo describes themselves as selling “creative, timeless and affordable Parisian fashion”. As a fan of their dresses, I must agree that their clothing adds a Parisian je-ne-sais-quoi to any ensemble.
The brand, launched in 2013, features prints, vibrant colours, and fun details (ruffles! Puff sleeves! Sashes!) to elevate their looks. The shop located in the 4th arrondissement is my favourite.
This is personally one of my labourite shops to visit when I want to stock up on fun sun dresses. If you like to dress boldly, make sure to add Suncoo to your shopping list!
