Location: Tallinn, Estonia
CafΓ©: Telliskivi tn 60M, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia
On my recent trip to Tallinn, I discovered The Brick Coffee Roastery while walking to the Estonian Maritime Museum to see a real life submarine (also worth visiting).
This relaxed-but-cool roastery and brewbar highlight the best of single origin beans with expert brewing methods. The barista was very kind, and talked me through all of the notes in the available coffees. I picked up a few bags on beans, and enjoyed all of them when made with my V60.

DROP COFFEE ROASTERS (SWEDEN)
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
CafΓ©: Wollmar Yxkullsgatan 10, 118 50 Stockholm, Sweden
The Swedish Drop Coffee doesnβt play around with they coffee beans. They are an award-winning roastery, and itβs evident as to why.
Theyβve got choices. They take it seriously. You want something sweet? They have that. More bitter? They have that, too. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge the staff had about their coffee when I went to purchase a few bags.
Even their sit-down drinks are well-brewed. The cappuccino I had was robust, and Iβve always been a fan of their filter coffee. Youβll definitely enjoy the taste of the beans themselves - with or without any milk or sugar!

Vagabond was a heavily frequented coffee shop when I lived in Islington.
This industrial-styled coffee shop is cool, and transparently roasts coffee beans in the back seating area. Vagabond use their roasted products in their caffeinated creations, so you can try before you buy.
Bonus - they offer great nibbles in-house (and theyβve always had a gluten free and a vegan option).
Overall, Iβm a fan!
BOCCA Coffee (AMSTERDAM)
