Marble Cookie Recipe (Gluten Free)
Chocolate Chip Cookies are a classic, that never disappoint (like my chocolate chunk cookie, or my white chocolate chip cookie).
However, if you want to create a more formal version of the traditional treat, without much extra effort, then you need to try out this Marble Cookie Recipe! It’s as easy as it is glamorous!

The Recipe
Time allotment

Baking time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: ~24 marble cookies
Cooking Utensils
One large bowl
Upright mixer - OR - handheld mixer
Measuring cups + spoons
Baking tray
Cooking spray/ parchment paper
Ingredients
3/4 cup (115g) butter
3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 (250g) cups baking flour
If using gluten-free flour without xanthan gum, add 1 /2 sp xanthan gum
1 1/2 (180g) cups almond flour
1/3 (35g) cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 milk chocolate bar, cut up
I used 100g
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C)
In a large bowl, cream together 3/4 cup (115g) butter, 3/4 cups (150g) brown sugar, 1/2 cup (100g) white sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla
Add 2 eggs
In the same bowl, mix in 2 1/2 cups (250g) baking flour, 1 1/2 cup (180g) almond flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp baking powder
Separate the dough into two equal halves (A and B)
In dough A, mix in an extra 1 tsp of vanilla extract
In dough B, mix in 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder
Line a baking tray with parchment paper - OR - cooking spray
Break apart and cut up 2 milk chocolate bars, then add it to both halves
Take out alternating portions of dough A and dough B, and form golf ball sized balls
Evenly space each ball on the baking tray
Bake the biscuits in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes
Allow the biscuits to cool for a minimum of 15 minutes
